Week 12
I read 4 hr of The Scarlet Letter and Baseballs 100 Greatest Players.

I have enjoyed this project a lot. I have a new routine of reading almost every night before I go to bed now. I plan to keep reading even now that this is done. I find it very relaxing. I believe it has also made me a better reader.

Week 11
I read 2 1/2 hr of Baseballs 100 Greatest Players, and The Scarlet Letter.

The theme for Baseballs 100 Greatest Players is just summarizing the best players to ever play the game. The theme for The Scarlet Letter is that with dumb decisions comes other hardships such as ridicule.

Week 10
I read 1/2 an hour this week of Sports Illustrated to finish my 5 hrs of magazine reading.

I finished the article on Mickey Mantle. The passage I am picking for this week is Matthew 4:25
Large crowds from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea and the region across the Jordan followed him.
I chose this one because I learned about how Mickey coudn't go anywhere without being followed. He was possibly the most famous baseball player. During his 56 game hit streak he felt trapped by all the people.

Week 8
I am still reading Sports Illustrated but am planning on going to the library for more books this weekend. I read for 2 hours this week.

I am reaching my goal right now of getting an A+. I am currently beating Mr. Strusz.

I read an article on Mickey Mantle in the latest Sports Illustrated. It was a small portion from an actual book. There were a couple of other articles I read throughout it.

Week 7
I have now finished reading Big Papi, and am currently just reading Sports Illustrated. I read for 2hr.

I checked out Amazon.com teen reading. It had a bunch of book reviews and stuff like that. My favorite part was the top 10 of 2010. It showed the top books from 2010 among teens.

I finished hearing the stories of David Ortiz and his memories of baseball. I really enjoyed this book because David Ortiz kept it fun. He really kept me in the book. I learned a lot about him I didn't know before. This book was very good. It was a bestseller of 2007.
